Willy's Wonderland - 4.5/10
It was a movie for Sam Raimi to make or Troma. Unfortunately someone else did it.
It's not bad movie per se, it's a disappointing one. The plot is ok, the protagonist idea is good but the execution is just meh, somehow not engaging.
Also there was Banana Splits movie with the same premise.

Time Bandits. Haven't seen for at least 30 years. Was surprised of how much i liked it. 7.5/10
The Little Things. Super generic perhaps apart from the ending which to me just felt sloppy. Good actors and characters though. weak 6/10

It's not a great movie by any means, but it's not a 1/10 movie either.
It's a 6/10 popcorn action flick. Nothing more, nothing less.

What a mess! Looks like an AI tried to write a Cohen script.
Also, might be just me, but it's impossible to connect with Brolin. Never cared for the guy. He can act, sure, but he has no charisma.
The plot is a vague mess, and the whole movie is a collection of almost random vignettes. Also, gay sailors small musical.
2? Well, Cohen, so: some funny lines, GREAT photography.
What a complete waste, and anyone that defends it with some artsy/4th wall/inside joke crap can suck it.
Industry inside-joke movies are just a joke between multi-millionaires. They're only meant to be great for them, and the lowly plebs journo that try to snug to them behaving like they're "in on the joke" are the worst of them all.

Really? I had a bad feeling about the movie but turned out to like it alot

Quickest way?
Stop looking at popcorn mass consumable products as something worthy of your time and look at them as a waste of time. Then you know you're about to waste time and not give a fuck and you'll be rewarded with senseless trash.
But be careful, the more you do this the less thinking you'll do. You'll end up enjoying popcorn flicks and start thinking theyre cinema. So you'll end up loving marvel movies, dc movies, lions gate movies and stop watching thought provoking movies from paramount or amblin.
