I'm quite happy to wait a year for the exclusives. The vast majority are buggy as fuck at release anyway. Better to have a year of patches.

The only disadvantage of it (for normies) - it is CLI. Other than that it is perfecto.

those are frightening numbers considering the investment and the pandemic and steams records of users, i think we have reached the cealing of gamers, there just isnt any more gamers to be found, heck porbably less as tons people are struggling right now not having money for more lootbox shit

I wonder, how much money did they lose? Even if they only paid 1$/game, they would have lost 749m$, lol. And I don't think EA has that small a margin (Battlefront 2 was claimed like 18m times).
Epic probably made a loss even.

I've been waiting so many years for Kingdom Hearts to hit PC and now it's an Epic exclusive, fuckin' terrific.

I'll wait, it's no issue.
I just haven't seen a confirmation anywhere that this is exclusive for a year.
Also the price for the whole package on the EGS is hysterical.
Also at this point with Square selling out, you gotta wonder if the PC release of Final Fantasy VII Remake will be an Epic exclusive as well...
