Netflix soon a thing of the past? If they can't come up with new shows and keep making garbage, it might just be.

Netflix still has the upper hand when it comes to original content, Disney+ so far has what, Mandalorian, Soul and some other movie?
I know that soon all the other Star Wars spinoff shows will also come, but there is only so much Star Wars you can shove down people's throats before they puke it all out.

Also disney+ is a platform for children and is only a year old. Just wait.
Soon Disney will have an adult section outside of US.
And it will have content for grown ups.
Comparing Netflix year 1 to Disney plus year 1.
Disney has better content for its audience.
Netflix turned to Amazon prime. Buying content in bulk to fill its catalogue and retain subscribers while only creating a handful of compelling content. It will be very interesting to see disney+ grow.
It did really well focusing on children content first. Once it opens up, we will see real competition to Netflix.

Nah, far from it. Disney also owns Hulu, FX, ABC, Nat Geo, History, FOX, A&E, ESPN (and probably more while writing this  ). If they add all that content to Star/Disney+, or whatever they want to call it, they probably have 5x the programming of Netflix. They also own RTL (germany/austria) and Endemol-Shine which produces a ton of q̶u̶a̶l̶i̶t̶y̶ shows.
PC: Yes. Console: No.

. But Netflix originals are mostly crap and anything good gets cancelled way too quick. Netflix just kept throwing money around and well, we see the result. Disney has actual studios with actual experience and a lot of quality to back it up. And hopefully they learned from their mistakes with SW7 to 9
