Did Withcer3 have better physics, if that's even possible.

I don't think there was much physics in TW3, but the setting makes it a lot less obvious.
Btw, Meredith Stout, fuck me is she easy. It's basically calling her and she'll do you. Oh, and you get a rare dildo weapon for it ^^

Finished the game as well. 97 hours, all quests, gigs, everything done. Did all endings as well.
I really liked it tbh. Tons of bugs, there are clearly cut features, but I'm interested to play it again in a year's time, as a female V and with bugs fixed, hopefully.

Interesting how so many are dissapointed with a game that is almost the same as Witcher 3 with greatly improved graphics. I guess with Witcher 3 it's masked somewhat in that the universe doesn't call for retarded car minigames (who liked horse racing?) and punching people in the street lols.
You can take the soulless blah, its a facade!, no day night schedules! and say exactly the same if not worse about Witcher 3 most npc's dont even move around in W3. I'll keep playing but the reaction so far seems really overblown. |
This is a silly argument. Would the Witcher 3 have been as successful if it was basically just a reskin of the Witcher 2?
Imagine if they spent all those years since the Witcher 2 to only release a reskin. It's dumb.
Or what if they promised features the Witcher 3 had leading up to the release of the game but released a reskin of the Witcher 2 instead. It's not overblown. |
I consider Rockstars games, Assassin Creed games, Call Of Duty games, Farcry games blatent re-skins. They add hammers and or barbar shop to the game and gamers jerk off like its deep revolutionary gameplay upgrade, I just see the exact same shit with a minor graphical update that I've already played.
Its very intentional, with the saying "don't change a winning formula". It's also clear that the mass majority love this shit and will happily keep buying yearly recycled call of duty games with no innovation forever. So am i suprised this game is very similar if not a reskinned Witcher 3? not at all. I do digress, I also had the impression they would copy GTA and I dont know why, so anyone expecting that will be dissapointed.

Wow, you're absolutely right. This is basically CDPR's attempt at a Ubisoft game. Especially with all that clutter on the map with the useless NCPD events and most fixer quests where they tried not to make it too obvious by trying to include these backstories via data logs.
Ugh. Get ready for microtsransactions in their next game.

1.06 patch seems to be on the way according to a GOG post on Facebook.
Quote: | Cyberpunk 2077 Hotfix 1.06
It removes the 8 MB save file size limit and weighs roughly 500MB, but requires more temporary free space on your drive than the download itself.
Worry not - if insufficient space is detected, you will now be given an option to specify a "temporary game update folder" on a different drive in GOG GALAXY. |
Notes:
Quote: |
Hotfix 1.06 is available on PC and consoles! Here is the full list of changes:
Quests
Dum Dum will no longer go missing from Totentanz entrance during Second Conflict.
Console-specific
Improved memory management and stability, resulting in fewer crashes.
PC-specific
Removed the 8 MB save file size limit. Note: this won’t fix save files corrupted before the update. |
Edit: It's up on Steam - 993MB.

I know it is It's buggy, but great great experience, if you take it for what it is. People expect far too much these days, spoilt, maybe?, brats?, certainly, but it's a game which has its flaws, like any other, but with one of the best settings out there

They expect what they were sold in 5 episodes of Night City Wire, totaling 130 minutes worth of information about the game. Let alone the umpteen interviews with developers etc.
Their actions have created the expectations and people have the right to feel fucked of for being sold a half-baked game.

I had my first race and inter's video is absolutely spot on! I was in first place while the enemies went absolute bonkers behind me (visible on my mini map). Now as soon as an ai driver crashes into something the internal logic is to just spawn that car (just like any entity!! ) behind where the player is looking! This has the great effect that if you quickly look back with your mouse during a race, an enemy would spawn actually in front of your car, degrading you to second place. How could they release the races in this absolutely SHODDY state is beyond me. My little janky ass flight game had the same logic, but it's not a racing game where it actually matters if you are leading in a race
Btw what's with all the floating people that walk 6-7m above ground and clip through buildings?

yeah the race is basically a waste of time, it's culling the racers (like they were civs) and placing them back on track non-stop.. would have been better if the racers had just given up instead of trying to force catch up mechanics
don't know if these races used to work and then they started aggressively culling cars to keep the ps4 from falling over during normal gameplay, or what, but it certainly ruined that section |
The other amusing thing I noticed about the races is if a car gets too far ahead they seem to start crashing into things to allow you to catch up.
I dunno whether that was an intentional mechanic to allow you to take the lead, or the AI just becomes even more retarded when they get out of range of you.

Hmm... the new hotfix seems to break - some things - of course. Now texture are not fully loading and crouching tend to lock and not responding to multiple pressing of "C". That's from 5 minutes of playing.

I've had the bug of crouch locking and not responding to control inputs since 1.0. Same with my neural-ware not triggering when I hit the key.
I can never be free, because the shackles I wear can't be touched or be seen.
