They obtained the WRC license for future rally games. 
I don't know, maybe EA sees the writing on the wall. Simulators have become exceedingly popular during the pandemic. Maybe they want to push that. Surely EA is better than Take Two. |

And we think that has growth to it. Not to mention, the talent that can continue to help our Need for Speed business or our Real Racing business could be very powerful. So we know it is not a FIFA-sized business, but we know there is an incredible opportunity to own essentially all the driving business there is."
Wilson added that EA also sees an opportunity with Codemasters' titles to incorporate further live service elements, saying that "F1 plus live service plus our marketing muscle is a profound opportunity."
This comes alongside a further statement from Wilson during the earnings call, stating EA's intent to expand EA Sports into different types of sports, with more announcements planned "in the weeks and months ahead." Wilson added that this includes "at least one new experience" launching next fiscal year -- which begins April 2021. |

where is the racing game that has like different modes and tons of supercars like a lemans 24 hours or fun cars like these million dollar car bugatis and lambos n ferraris
do they all require licensing to use their likeness these days ?

well they got like 5 racing IPs (NFS, Grid, Dirt, PCars, Burnout) now with 2 licenced ones (F1 + WRC) that are yearly by default.
so i guess depends how they will do it.
They could do groups of two to swich year by year:
for example
2022 with NFS , Grid and Dirt Rally + yearly F1
2023 with Burnout , PCaers and Dirt + yearly F1 + WRC |

Not sure if trolling. Rfactor 2 for the best driving experience. Expensive game though. Followed by Raceroom racing experience. But I don't think RRE has supercars in it.
