Can confirm that Mass Effect fans should be expecting news at 8am PT on the BioWare Blog tomorrow. Guessing it's the remaster we've been expecting.
The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.
The first one is my favorite. It had its flaws, repetitive side missions, horrible inventory, etc, but there was something special about it. 2nd was alright, although I don't understand the hype around it. Third one was rushed piece of garbage and I had to push myself to finish it in order to see how the story plays out.
The second is great when played with all DLCs (some of them obviously being cut from the game for the purpose of extra profit), otherwise it's a bit bare-bone experience.
Only 4k textures are worth shit. If the first one gets a real remake like Mafia 1 that would be fucking nice but then they'd have to remake ME 2 and 3 as well cause they dont look a lot fucking better than the first one.
And Mirandas ass remodelled would be nice.

i just don't get why they rush shit out the door and essentially crush the life out of IP they pay millions for. Why not just add 1-2 more years in development (in me3's case) to ensure its a quality product and retain value in IP?
They have to be struggling now right, what talented studios building new IP are left to buy? They have killed so many what should still be billion dollar frnachises.

I wish I could look forward to the other announcement but I've been betrayed way too many times, my faith is tired. Besides, when they say "veteran team" at Bioware they probably mean the interns from Andromeda that were promoted to full-time devs
They are at the beginning of their work on a fucking new Mass Effect....ok that wont be out till 2023
At least it says they are not just updating the fucking textures but also the titmodels and effects and stuff. Maybe it gets a decent visual boost but I doubt it.
