DX11 feels a lot smoother both to watch and to play.
BUT as we all know, DX12 performance is really a weird thing and can change from rig to rig, even if almost everything is the same, lol.

3.8, I throttled it during the summer, because it would heat way too much (turned out to be just dust in the cooler), but I haven't bothered turning it back to normal, lol.
Still, even with the cpu at normal speed (4ghz), dx12 felt clunky.

Ok, what the actusall fuck...
set my CPU back to 4.4/1, 4.2/2, 4.0/4 and raised vcore from 1.1 to 1.2 and now DX12 is running fluid as hell...
By the way, the DLC is great, IMHO. It's a lot less of a mess, basically, you go from A to B and on the way you do some small mini-missions, that give you more inside to Krieg's history and yeah, the whole thing talks about how Krieg, and really all psychos, came to be. So it's a nice history lesson.
And it all takes place inside his mind/brain, so a lot of weird shit is happening and a lot of things become possible... Like fighting a train

yes, much better than Gehenna. That was really a letdown  . Even the music was a trash in that DLC.
Here the music is awesome, it really gives me Last ninja 2 vibes .
DX12 is more punishing on the GPU.

So DLC is about 5hrs long (Mayhem 3). Maybe shorter than the others, I think, but quite liked all of it. The other DLC's had too much back tracking imho. Anyway, nice story, a bit sad, a bit happy, with a sentimental ending.
Yeah, who would have thought, that from all the stories, Kriegs was the saddest...
lol.

Only F,Y and I can be rebound? What about all the other keys? Do they really force you to use the default mapping on those keys?
For example I prefer crouch on C instead of CTRL.

Y can be remapped but it still pops up teamchat instead of triggering whichever function you bind it to

Edit: Ok, Y is hard coded to Chat. If that is good or bad, I can't say, weird, maybe. That being said, "Y" (or "Z" depending on layout?) shouldn't be a big issue.

Dunno why, but it's not quite clicking for me
Went with discount Dva but I'm just not having enough fun. So far (just got to the holy cathedral or whatever map), and still haven't got the class slot and the artifact slots available, lvl8 and it's just seems to be more of the same, down to the kooky missions and characters that end up being a complete bore.
I'll dare to say even the pre-sequel did a bit more at the same time of the game, but only regarding mechanics (crash/boost/oxygen).
Think I'll put it on hold for now and play something else.

Kind-a understand people who can't get into it. The beginning is a chore but it's almost a standard in BL and than the writing doesn't do any favours. Not paying attention to the dialogue and plot really helps.

Yeah, game got better after leaving Pandora (was a bit dumb to start the game there anyway, guess it had due to what happened on that final BL2 DLC that I've never played).
