If you need a console fast, the slim is the obvious choice. That's also what SOny is aiming at, sell old stock first. The Pro is just too pricey atm. If you're not in a rush, I'd wait.

Que? The PS4 Pro is considerably stronger if you look only at HW. Whether that power will be used fully can only be speculated. If you look at Zero Dawn, there are numerous vids and articles on the net, I personally assume the gap will widen. I bet the Pro will have a better IQ or 60fps (or even both) modes for most upcoming games. Only time will tell how it'll turn out.

Yeah, I'll do just that - wait a bit. For now, the PS3 will be fun enough. I did find a good offer on a second hand site: a barely used PS4 Pro with 3 games (MK X, COD Infinite Warfare and MGS V), headphones, camera and a PS Vita for €300. The PS Vita I already have but I can give it to my nephew or sell it for €100.

Yeah i went with the 1TB Slim. With Horizon and 3 months of PS+, it came to being €125 cheaper. I like how it's smaller and frankly, my TV upscales really well as it is. Since I'm mostly going to be playing free PS+ games and I use my PC for "real" gaming, I decided I don't need the Pro. Maybe in a few years time, I'll buy a used one for €150.

Crash Bandicoot 4 is amazing. I hope headshot prehurdered it (instead of prehurdering some random shitty game nobody cares about). 
You have my blessing to purchase it.
Also runs at 60fps on PS4 Pro.
