Even on Kinguin it says now, that code can only be used on accounts with the same currency.
I wonder, how to people in Argentina actually add funds or buy games?
When you click on add funds, it still says that currently local payment methods are unavailable?
Or do they have to buy steam gift cards in a BnM shop?
If so, shouldn't it be possible to find the codes of those, no?

edit: ah found the digital gift card in steam, neat. So 3 days to wait and I should be good to go, right?
Btw, if this method really still works, then this is clearly not meant to prevent people such as us to buy games in arg store, but to prevent 3rd party sites to sell steam wallet cards. Maybe some changes in money laundry or prevention of credit card fraud etc.

I didn't have to wait for 3 days, but that two accounts are friends for a longer time.
I did have to wait for 3 days until I could use market (cards and so on)

Glad I refunded Necromunda...
also refunded Disco Elysium, which I bought a few days ago. Haven't even played it yet, lol.
So I have over 2k ARS$ right now in reserve, so I am fine for a couple weeks lol.

Just load your wallet with 5€ on the "dummy" acc, that's what I did. To spent one day on some 80% - 90% discounted game on sale
