Found out about this today and I am binging the first 11 or so episodes. It's awesome.
Basically, every episode has a different theme and they make a little game out of it.
First, Jim has to talk about and is asked about the theme and then they have someone from that field judge his performance (they also judge his confidence and some random criteria for fun).
So basically Jim makes up stuff 90% of the time, because he doesn't have a clue, but wants to make up for it with confidence.
