Tried it. Didn't click at all. There is like a constant stutter/lag while playing, and IMO the gun sounds are really weak. For me Post Scriptum is a lot superior
I really like it, more than Squad actually, they are actively working on the game but chose a VERY bad time for free weekend. Hopefully it will settle a little, they will add stuff like penetration etc., fix performance and it will be OK
huge Update 8 coming out at noon, this to me was probably the most fun tactical FPS lately so cant wait to see all the new stuff like penetration system, transport, new grass, etc.

No, just make sure you're running it with "-dx12" startup options. I'm getting well over 60fps (usually around 80-110) with my rig from the sig with High/Medium settings.

Yep it's very good. A bit more arcade and streamlined Squad/Post Scriptum eque territory control game. Has a high reliance on comms though and without coordination turns into a clusterfuck. Also has a bit of a learning curve and doesn't have a tutorial yet, so you need to go to youtube guides and such.

I strongly recommend it, it's a blast playing it, but do keep in mind using voice chat is a must in order to achieve anything (FPS skills can only help you so much) and might even be enforced on some more hardcore servers. Not that it prevents tons of players from not even listening to voice comms
People tend to be very friendly and welcoming though, save for the occasional full RP military nut who thinks this is actual war or something

Im fine with using voice chat as long as its in english or a northern language...its when they expect me to speak Khoisan or something like that i start to struggle..

The performance has been a wip since like forever. Hopefully they can fix it before release, but the history of large scale UE4 games is not in their favor.
Why does the thread title refer to "MMOFPS"? It's a round based FPS ala Battlefield. There's nothing MMO about it.
