they getting away with it unscaved, when it was set up and designeds to fail from the get go and with zero thinking, and they profited bigtime of the the free press, their viewership and metrics, while i dont see any big follow up news on how their servers were not prepared, because obviously the press wont bite the hand that feeds them. So nothing will change, more and more stuff like this will keep happening. Lets just say i see the future a few steps further and its a clusterfuck at the end of this tunnel.
in the real world of advertising and sales, this kind of oopsies is illegal
