It's a good thing. After the Breakpoint debacle, they changed a lot of things internally, as to not to repeat themselves (irony my old friend), plus COVID = delays.
Same. We probably wont see Legion out until Spring of next year at the earliest. Cuberpunk almost around the corner and new Assassin's Creed right after that, I don't think Ubisoft wants to cut down on sales.
Watch Dogs Legion, is currently aiming to debut alongside next-gen consoles, should there be no significant disruption to production".
That seems to suggest that Watch Dogs Legion will skip a PS4 and Xbox One release earlier than the launch of the coming consoles – meaning even if you wanted to play it on current-gen, you'd be waiting until the launch of Sony and Xbox's next hardware.

They need time to remove the cop characters

Uh, am I the only one getting Blacklist flashback with the way characters move and interact with the environment? It's like part Ass Creed part Blacklist.
"I think Call of Duty resonates because it's believable and relatable," Sledgehammer Games cofounder Michael Condrey says.
Believable and relatable...Yep, sounds like Call of Duty
Feel like I am missing a lot of context as to how the world went from what it was in W_D2 to what we're seeing here. The jump here is if Ubi went directly from AC1 -> AC2 to AC: Syndicate
1 and 2 are still amazing.

Looks very nice, with the different playstyles. Although I prefer playing a single character, but who knows how it'll play out in the game. It appears you do the recruiting yourself too.
London looks great too. Perhaps nothing new, but there's more clutter and better animations. Seeing it while playing yourself will probably give a better impression.
Is the first game still worth playing? I never got far into it, I remember it had horrible performance at release.
I played the second one a little while ago, and enjoyed it a lot!
The last part of the video was the one that appealed to me the most, everything else once again felt like a psychocircus of quirky fellow-kid-ness. It might be worth a yarr though if the level/mission design won't suffer from too much Ubisoftitis.

Huh, almost doesn't seem like an ubishit game from the trailer with all the (apparent) options. Interdasting...

Doesn't sound very fun and it's most likely one of those games (like all modern games) that really only has 4h of engaging content but it's dragged out / repeated to extreme levels so that they can say it's XX hours... no thanks.
In Watch Dogs: Legion, you could be a construction worker, a street artist, a beekeeper, or any other citizen of London you see in the open world. They're all just a few favors away from joining DedSec, the hacktivist collective-turned-rebel group. In this gameplay video, see how a DedSec team can mobilize to accomplish a series of high-stakes missions, all starting with the recruitment of a construction worker named Dan. This is Dan's story, but what will yours be?

The third instalment takes us to a futuristic London - serving up a great playground to show off ray traced reflections. We take a look at the PC build running maxed out on an RTX 2080 Ti, giving an early sign of how next-gen releases for PS5 and Xbox Series X could manifest.
