Guardians Of Ember?
Drakensang Online?
The first one has been shutdown earlier this year tho.
The second is still up but looks too much like a mobile game.

Hi guys. I'm looking for an old arcade game, you play as a barbarian, maybe. 2D-platformer game, nice pixel art (for that time). The game auto-scrolls so makes difficult to pass some sections. One detail that I don't forget is a flashy arc when the weapon is used (perhaps an axe/sword), the enemies kind of do a little backwards jump when killed. Coop 2 players.

Hi everyone. i'm looking for an old (guessing 90's) flying fortress game where you are controling a flying fortress (duh!) that has turrets mounted on it and you are fighting other fortresses, while building and upgrading your own.
i was sure it had the word fortress in its name but i cant find it this way.

B-17: The Mighty 8th perhaps? You had a flying fortress and its crew to manage and directly control, pretty damn good back in the day

Nope, neither Rastan.
Your character has only one "lane" (I don't know the right term), unlike Golden Axe.
edit:
At last. Is The Astyanax
Thank you for the suggestions.

Highly unlikely it will ever have a Remaster or sequel. Don't think it was even that good game back then so almost nobody it going to risk it. And who knows where the IP for that game is.

LF a medieval (low fantasy?) party-based TB tactics game, was released maybe last year. It features graphics that are a bit cartoony iirc, and you have a rogue, a wizard/sage, a knight, and a guardsman on your team.

The description sounds a bit like Sword Legacy: Omen
https://store.steampowered.com/app/690140/Sword_Legacy_Omen/
I had to go through my owned games as I knew I owned that but forgot the name myself so had to look at the Steam picture tiles.

LF a modern dungeon crawler, preferably something like Legend of Grimrock, but with TB combat. Are there any around?

BT4 was crap, no? I mean, suffering from various technical issues. And from what I've read, the DC edition dumbed down the gfx terribly, even though it added some improvements to the game.
I'll check out Operencia, cheers.

Yeah i love grid-based dungeon crawlers, here's my list of newer ones kinda ranked:
Log1 (realtime)
Log1 - Dungeon Master mod (realtime)
Vaporum - (realtime)
Vaporum Lockdown - (realtime)
Log 2 - (realtime)
Operencia - (Turn based), its a good game albeit a bit generic.
The Quest (Turn Based)
M&MX (if this even still runs? Turn Based)
Star Crawlers (Turn based and procedurally generated).
Classic / Old:
EOB 1 & 2 (realtime)
Stonekeep (underrated imo, aged well) (realtime)
Lands of Lore 1 (realtime)
Wizardry (turn based)
Grimoire (turn based and insano)
Magic series. (turn based)
Not a lot of modern turn based, actually here's an RPG Codex thread ranking the best Turn Based blobbers, pretty weak list outside classic games.

If you don't mind some repetitiveness and the underlying roughness (along with the rather simplistic dialogues and UI) I'd say The Bard's Tale IV is still worth checking out - primarily thanks to the combat system (streamlined but solid) and the unique environments/dungeons which I had a lot of fun exploring. I played both the releases and while the DC comes with awkward changes, it is the one with the better balance and performance so it's a nice trade-off. At the end of the day, the game looks ugly no matter the version
It's quite long too and very reliant on puzzles, though there's the option to skip those altogether in the DC if they're not you're thing.

I want to throw my mysterious game in the hat.
I'm pretty sure it was a PS1 game. It was multiplayer for 4 or I believe even 8 players. Every player had a small human like character with a different color looking like tiny power rangers. Every stage was a different room/screen and as far as I remember you had to collect some kind of diamonds or something and get to a certain spot to win the stage. You could spin the whole stage around my pressing arrows around it, there were jumps ,fans, different obstacles, traps maybe.Anyway that about all I can remember, but it brings some great memories where I used to get together with a bunch of friends and play Micro machines , the mysterious game, and all the fighting games for days nonstop.

I've got one I can't track down, 486 DOS era puzzle game, VGA graphics. You have single screen puzzle, there are 4 blocks with colored designs on them like blue, green, red etc, i think one of them had an hour-glass shape. You can flip the screen and the blocks fall, i think you need to pair all 4-5 blocks all at once in one or two flips.
This is only game from a long time ago i can't find anything about.
