Well, they rather talk nonsense about the 4k's and the 8k's. While they should have gone with: the minimum of 1440p@60fps with the exception of a few turds that need to go down to 1080p@60fps (aka unoptimized crap). |

People just make it bigger than it is 'Next gen' is just next generation. Has nothing to do with 2k/4k/8k/whatever. |

that's true, but there will at least be substantially more detail/effects in whatever resolution ie ultra-style settings hopefully. plus, much better CPU and no long loading times. I doubt I'll get either of these on launch now as I'm a bit underwhelmed by what's been shown so far, and my backlog really will never get a chance once I go next gen. But I expect that it's more likely than not that by end of next year I'll have one or the other.
