 It is a feature which help you load pages faster, you can set how much ram you want to use for Mozilla in the setting (explained in the article) to prevent massive RAM usage.
 
 note also that some poorly written extensions will also create memory leaks, which is not Mozilla's fault.

 The problems firefox, I tried the 1.5 release and it caused windows to extend the virtual memory after a few hours use, so I went back to 1.07 then.

					| Firefox pwnz, will never look back to IE... and opera is not for me. I don't like it for some reason. Only time I've seen FF take a lot of ram is when I've been using buggy extensions or if I left it on for a day or two...
