I think the best praise I can give it is that the supporting cast for once is tolerable and I don't want to tear my hair out when they appear (looking at you Breaking Bad).

Yeah, it is the ex-nazi cop from Banshee. He was fucking hardcore in that too.
The only reason to watch Season 4. He's also why I watched Iron Fist (with liberal skipping)
It's not easy to find a production that dodges the Langmore Netflixian curse and is able to deliver quality without turning into a joke, but the show indeed has managed to achieve that so far. It hasn't lost its peculiar tone, both the acting and writing are still competent, the believable atmosphere is still there and the character development has evolved in a reasonable way. Nothing amazing or revolutionary of course, just solid and without any particularly derp moments, which is always a plus.
The Banshee guy added another layer to the season preventing it from getting stale, with Ruth (<3) absolutely killing it as per usual. Even Charlotte was surprisingly not annoying this time around, so everything went better than expected. I'm really curious to see how they'll proceed from now on, Bateman said the series will not run for too many seasons but at the same time, there are still several potentially interesting outcomes to explore. Let's hope the narco sad trompeta stays away from here!
I'm looking for a new show to watch and i see here that the overall response to Ozark is really good.
Is this worth watching?
I couldn't get a good enough read on the trailer, also I'm a little bit afraid if I'm going to be able to take Jason Bateman seriously in this role after Arrested Development

I just finished season 3, it's a good show imo, i enjoyed my time with it, season 2 was the best so far, 3 was less good then 2.
I don't remember seeing any of the cast in any of the shows i watched the last years so i didn't had a problem,
Tho at first i didn't liked the main actors i got used to them and I'm looking forward for what comes next.
It's funny, because you really thought you could fool me with this obviously silly and unintuitive answer.
It is a solution for your problem, unless you don't want a solution, in that case yes, it's silly.
Netflix isn't the only one btw, same is true for Plex when you compare watching it in browser vs Windows Store App.
Fuck Plex...Emby is better tbh. Yeah sometimes it's not as good as Plex in detecting what this or that tv show is, but it's very easy and convenient to fix and you are not forced to have a global plex account, so you can keep everything locally on your server.
I've been running Cloudbox\Emby instead of Cloudbox\Plex and it's been a more or less smooth ride so far. And I don't use their stupid apps, Kodi (Estuary Embycon skin) rules
