If they really do decide to make such a game, I guarentee they will go out of business. Why in the world would you make a game to compete with Quake Wars? Everyone allready knows for the most part that Quake Wars is going to be a /really/ good BF like game that is based in the future, and with cool new gameplay elements. Why would another company basically make the same thing? Its a sure loss. Sure, people will buy it, because its the next official BF game, but it most likely won't come near the quality of Quake Wars (and originality). And to top it off, Quake Wars is going to come out this year.

Now I can agree right there 
Though maybe it will be too fast for the BF players since they will include gameplay elements from the previous quake games which wasnt exactly slow.
But we still havent seen any details over this new game so I think its to darn quick to judge it or to set it side by side with Quake Wars.
