So, back in January I jumped on Xbox Game Pass (beta) for €1. I found a new offer to get Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for another €1 and since it's necessary to play online I figured I might as well get it. And my current period was prolonged by another months as well. I just happen to have Game Pass Ultimate until June 1. I was first sent to the UK page which obviously didn't work (although the offer is available in the UK well and I guess the rest of Europe. US does not seem to have the offer).
Apparently the offer upgrades current standard to ultimate memberships for up to 36 months (I guess pre-paid or something?).

No indian account here. Had an EU account and at some point I just changed (store) location to India and kept it that way.
Mind you, this was done some time ago. They might have changed things. Like only allowing 1 time to change your country location.
Also, for purchase, log in via india VPN.

Hmm yea they stopped allowing country changes once a purchase was made.
And then they went after credit cards that are not within country of origin, afaik.
So I'm frankly surprised you can still do it, it's about as hard as it has become with Steam.
What country is your CC from? What VPN you using?

I use(d) Bear VPN.
I also changed country a while ago, when EGS was still VERY... beta.
I think I made the payment with PayPal? Not sure when exactly. Was one time payment, as I only purchased ONE game from EGS (Metro Exodus GOLD for 16 USD).
