Can anyone suggest good video playthrough that tries to cover as much of the demo content with some goofing around/secrets search? The one above as casual as fuck.
Finally updated the OP... Also.. it seems this little snippet got by most of us? Square-Enix has already confirmed that the game will be two parts; the first game is set entirely in Midgar and the second game will be outside it.
I missed this entirely. We all knew it was going to be episodic but I never saw any confirmation on how MANY episodes -- knowing it's only two parts? I can deal
Looks awesome, I am so glad they kept the quirky and silly stuff in it, like the dress up games and Don Corneo. I hope they won't try to overcomplicate the story and ruin it, but so far it looks good
I'd love to pick it up on Day 1 but I know that ain't gonna happen Hopefully I'll be able to rent it or snag from a friend/pre-owned or something as soon as possible

To be honest I hate FF and jap crap but this game looks good.
The demo was (good) at least. I like how they westernized the game and got rid of most of that shitty jRPG crap.

Oh there are quite a few in places like 2chan. The Japanese are more open minded about western games now, but they used to hate them because they felt western games are all style and no substance. Hardly anyone even bought X360 there last gen, and if you did, you got it packed in a dark bag in order not to get shamed on the street. A random Reo Nattano would jump out and beat you up while painting derp faces on you and yelling GAIJINSHITTO

Yeah, I figured as much, considering the Japanese mentality towards foreign things that's not a big surprise
I have to admit I don't really play modern JRPGs, I played some of the best vintage ones, was overall very impressed with them, but that will be enough for me.. the gameplay is way too similar from game to game.
FF7 Remastered does look pretty amazing. Hopefully, it'll come on PC after it does on PS5
