but can you skip without loosing the 'classic' tier aka 10 games?
edit: ok, seems you still can pause for a month
Ryzen 7600x/5600x/3600 | 5070TI/3080/3070Ti | 32GB RAM | LG 55OLEDC9/42OLEDC2 |
Oculus Quest 2 | Steam Deck

Stealing some content from Slick Deals for those on classic (or the 9 game only plan) trying to figure which two (or 3) games to ditch:
Quote: |
The Hex: it was recently bundled on Fanatical and we fully expected to see it bundled more frequently, allowing you to get it for much cheaper down the line.
Cryofall: unfortunately, this is a multiplayer-only game and it's not one much populated, so unless you have some friends to get into it, it won't be a remarkable experience.
Warstone TD: another recently bundled game in a much cheaper bundle, and it also requires permanent internet connection to be played which can be a bummer for some |

I wonder if they'll do the typical Steam sign swap and just replace $ with €, £ and the like, regardless of exchange rate.

Classic users are unaffected for this regional price change:
There are no regional prices for classic and it will remain $12USD + applicable taxes.
The only way a Classic subscriber will see or receive regional pricing is if they cancel their subscription and then purchase a Choice subscription (Lite, Basic, Premium) the following month.

I ended up selling Surge and Sherlock Holmes for $1.50 so getting those other 4 games for $2.50 was a pretty good bundle in my eyes since I had King of Fighters and Wonder Boy on my wish list already.

Quite enjoyed the SNK pack as well. Not surprising, Dark Eclipse puts quite some effort into them to also stuff it with history about the games. Lots of content art and such.
You can switch between regions, arcade or console versions. Pretty neat.
The Atari pack looked like amateur garbage compared to it. Even the controls were setup rather shitty.
Ah well, was getting it for Wonderboy and SNK, KOF being a nice bonus so I'm happy with what I got.

On the classic plan I think getting 10 games for $12 has been decent since each month there has been a few I had on my wish list but if you are on any of the other plans the bundles are not that great. I also no longer really care about playing new games day 1 and just wait for huge discounts because I have a huge back log already and did not region hop to India or Argentina for the cheaper games so that also helps.

I don't see a reason to complain about this month really.
If that is a conservative line-up I wonder how niche or GAAS one needs to go.

"Stop blushing for no fucking reason!!!" bundle
Waiting for today or something else.. So far i've been buying a tiny bit more on FANATICAL than HB
... Fun fact: HB's FB has changed to a Spanish one with just FB ads, but if you go to their FB page it has...Nothing... Just nothing
Is it because i am using FB in Spanish?..I was able to see the english posts back then even with the spanish FB UI...
