why do you want to put on so much weight? You'll look seriously out of proportion unless you're fucked now .
Try moving up tom heavier weights and less repititions. If you just want big muscles but pretty ineffective then this is the way forward. Other than that, take up a decent martial art and do a full body workout. You might not be buff but you'll be solid as a rock.

Bodybuilders put on weight by consuming lots of carbs.. Then they work out like crazy to convert that bulk to muscle.. Pretty simple.. Just lots of hard work...
Watch the movie "Pumping Iron" some time and listen to Arnold and Lou Ferrigno when they order a meal.. They eat huge amounts of food while in training.. But, they also worked out like madmen.

eh....
eat healthily, in proportion (pyramid, eliminate sweets asides from perhaps the occasional chocolate), and weight train. You have to weight train HARD. Doing 10 of many exerizes does jack shit, try to look up routines, large amounts of legs 1 day, arms 1 day, chest/back 1 day etc.

You need discipline, the basics have been posted by others but you have to train and stick to your program ALWAYS and I mean always, when you're not in the mood you gotta push yourself and so on. That's one of the first things I learned while working out, be disciplined always come and do your routine. Building is a patient sport you wont get buff in a couple of months or in half a year, it's gonna take you years to become buff. Years of good eating and hard training.

Your right there man. And iv even learnd that is real imporatant to work out real hard before your 20, because when your 20+ (normally) its harder to make the heart bigger, to make it pump more blood. And if your a lazy mofo never trained your not gonna have fun as an old man.. Hard to breath etc. |
LOL nnnnnnnnnnnooo, when your 20+ you grow much faster, because then you have a better background to gain weight, also.... you grow untill your 25th, your shoulders that is. Best years of your life are between your 20 - 30th, physically.

Yeah, but im talking about the heart, its kind of "stuck" after your 20, you need much more traning to make it bigger after this age(to make it pump more blood). And yeah, pleace go check if you don't believe me.

It doesn't take years, after 3 months I noticed some impressive gains.

well the first few months make the most difference, after that the growth slows down.
to get really buff though you need several years.

hey i weight lift, all you have to do is lift , make a routine, eat ALOT like 2000-3000 calories if u want to get huge, lift heavier weights and less reps, and take some protein. youre supposed to have 1-1.5 x your weight, so maybe like 140 grams of protein for you each day. thats what bodybuilders do and people who want to get strong and big. also body buildiers usually bulk up then cut, so you get huge even though you have some fat, then you run and get rid of the fat and ur lean and sexxxxxy ok done bye

It's 1-1.5 grams of protein per kilo of bodyweight, not lbs.

You have to use it for hours to get any benefits. Just go to the gym, it's quicker and you get far greater gains.

well, gym would hurt my purse too much, also i can do this while studying so i dont waste time by going to a gym.
i could never really train for too long in a gym, i get too bored of it, this here is the right thing for me especially since i m playing badminton and need to strenghten my wrists.

I weigh 225lbs and try to eat anywhere between 3500-4000 calories a day. I try to eat between 300 and 400 grams of protein a day.. I also work out 5-6x a week and do cardio 3-4x a week.
visit bodybuilding.com for a lot of good exercises and diets and training routines from people that know a lot about it. There are a lot of guest contributors that compete professionally and they know their stuff.
Good luck

How can you study and do it at the same time? You have to stand up if you want to get any effective RPM, and you twitch like a bitch when you actually start to feel the resistance.
Fair enough that you don't want to pay to go to the gym, but all i'm saying is that this power ball isn't as much of a miracle as they make out. I find going with a friend to the gym really helps on the bordom aspect.
Also, I wouldn't trust what watergem is saying. Remember, he made a thread about how thin he was and how he had only gained 2 pounds even though he was eating loads. This was less then three weeks ago, so he's obviously lying about something.
