Dogma is a completely different film than Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back (which this seems like a rebootequel to). One is a satire while the other is a slapstick nonsense flick. I think Dogma was unique among the entire "Jay and Silent Bob" "saga".

That’s because they were not the main characters. They were more interesting in all other flicks than in Strike Back (and presumably, this one as well). No, he looks fine. At the end of the video they are out of character and he looks great.

Judging by this trailer this movie is gonna be very low IQ humour, one must really be in the mood to laugh to enjoy this, or just be high.
