"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) "Have the courage to use your own understanding," is therefore the motto of the enlightenment."
it's sauerkraut. We put that shit on brats/sausage here like it's candy. So fucking good.
The brown shit is chilli. They probably skimpped it and used some canned bullshit like Hormel Chili cause that's literally what it looks like, and tastes like ass.
The yellow stuff is cheese sauce. Kinda like the Velveeta shit.
Its called a chilli dog! Very common in the US Never really understood how chilli con carne became just chilli. Confusing for a lot of people that would think there are actual chilli's on the hot dog.

It's been called just Chili for the past like century and a half lol. No point in saying the entire thing when the entire world knows when you say you're eating Chili, you're eating Chili Con Carne. I don't even know anyone who says the full name.
Yeah, I know We are a bit behind when it comes to US food cuisine. We say chilli con carne, and mostly only eat it by itself. We do take our hot dogs seriously here, but chilli dogs isnt one of them. Hot dogs with cheese inside them and bacon wrapped around is popular here, and fucking awesome Also have these roller burger that basically is a burger patty in rolled form.
