There is always a chance, but like i said earlier i just checked and i'm doing this for almost 3 years and still fine. I think they just don't care. Not a lot of people bother to do it. And this way they still get money. In my situation they surely get more money this way. I would buy 1 max 2 games per year at full euro price, but lesser prices i actually spend a lot more than that.

They haven't for years and doubt they will without a change of ownership.
But you can always put in an extra safety step if you want: Create a second account and use family sharing. |

No, you only get the DLC Game Packs. The "expansions", such as Morrowind, Summerset, and Elsewyr, have to all be purchased separately. The DLC Game Packs are mini-expansions and they include the likes of The Thieves Guild, Imperial City, Clockwork City, Wrathstone, etc etc.

They're quite sizeable in and of themselves, so they're worth getting, but they're not full-on story expansions. If you buy Elsewyr then you get Morrowind and Summerset for free.

Region locks don't exist on Steam any more, Valve abolished that stuff a few years back. The only thing in place now are region-specific MMOs (though I only know of one; Black Desert Online.. if you buy it in Argentina, you get the "South American" version with Brazilian language only) and a restriction on sending/receiving gifts from cheaper regions.
