apparently game crashes if you use various anti-virus softwares
so it's a virus! 
also many ppl report that game crashes if you're not on the latest AMD BIOS
also upgrade to the latest NVIDIA driver 441.12

bought with VPN, decryption without problem. just crashes when started,huhuuuu
