What Stormwolf said. (and replacing Ambien with Ativan? You're in a deep pit of self-induced addiction).

As for Propofol, get an injury that require you to be put under due to surgery and you may get propofol (unless you have a history of heart/lung issues). I was given propofol during a 2-hour surgery on my left wrist and I blinked my eyes and suddenly it was done and I wasn't even aware that I had been put under.

Non-drug induced insomnia (I slept 2-3 hours in the afternoon). I have some zopiclone but I don't want to use them unless I absolutely must.

Seems I'm still quite lucky then - it's just Diazepam for me (valium really) which is to relax my muscles since I'm tense 24/7 without it and can't sleep well after more stressful days. It really helps - it makes you drowsy as a side effect and when I lay down, it feels like my bed "fits" me more if you know what you mean. When I'm tense, every chair and couch and bed feels uncomfortable but this takes away the discomfort.

Combining it with a nice movie to watch in bed has been my favorite way to get a good night rest lately since it takes the edge of my mind and lets me enjoy movies and music a lot more.

Try smoking (vaporizing) some CBD maybe. I know it helped me.

@paxsali Well, its simple for me. CBD makes me feel more relaxed. I know from long time THC consumption what the feeling is and there is something similar happening with CBD only without all the funny stuff.

Make of the studies what you will. CBD helps me keep the constant "overthinking" I do when I can't sleep in check.

I don't use oil, I don't "vape" with oils. Its just the grinded weed, heated to where it becomes vapor.

Those overthinking times... I just get out of bed and start doing other stuff. Learned by now that when you can't sleep, you can't sleep.

Most of the CBD's affect the body (as opposed to THC which is mainly psychotropic). Indica contains more CBD and less THC than Sativa which explains the difference between the two. Indica is great for relaxation and sleep, Sativa is nice for creativity and affecting/increasing your senses as well as changing thought patterns.

Whiskey (half bottle) and Zopiclone (look that one up) Wink What most of us Scot's have at nighttime Smile Wink

That is, if we want an early night and wish to rise early, otherwise it's a FULL bottle with Diazepam (Valium) Twisted Evil

Not a trace of insomnia here.

Edit: Zopiclone is same shit as Ambien.

Correct, and very highly addictive, which is why I've been on it 11+ years Smile Doctors will rarely prescribe it now, even short term, but it's all good for me, as I'm 56 and don't give a rats ass fuck Laughing

It mixes well with the golden stuff (my piss, lol)
