Umm, why would there be such a bug? Smile

Btw.
Only 1 day to go, and problary 2 for a release! Very Happy

Who knows? .........Ok, that's cheap, nothing should be worry too.

Are you saying that 3 different RPG games you have on the PS2 all lock up at/near the end of the game?

If so it sounds like a problem with your console (overheating/bad chip?) or the blank media you are using..

too much of a coincidence for 3 different games to all lock up at roughly the same point

Anyway.. where the fook is Grandia Crying or Very sad

I'm sure it was not my console, because I've tried another DVD(with different logo), it worked. Also, I've tried it with a slim PS2, it didn't work too. Moreover, I bought the same game (with same logo) and I tried it with both my friend and my PS2 console, it didn't work at all!!! You know what? I bought 3 DVDs just for this game!!! It was only one of the RPG I was talking about.

If you ask my why didn't exchange it with that store, I actually did, but that boss didn't want to and he said it was over a month already.... You know what, I bought more than 10 DVD games per month, how could I complete all of them just in a month? Finish a RPG should take more than 40 hours......

I think the main reason is either that suppliers used a bad media, low quality DVD, DL the bad files or they use wrong type burning method..... That's why I wanted to dAmN that suppliers

I downloaded and played through the Japanese version, and subsequently bought the import. I'll probably download the English version to check out the localization and buy it when it gets cheaper, since I already own one legal copy of the game Very Happy

It seems that a lot of companies have stopped doing dual layer for the ps2, as I think some ps2 models have a hard time reading the discs.

Damn, i´m in love with this game, played for 6 hours so far and it´s great! But that f*cking Casino is hard to win the good stuff at :/ I haven´t really figured it out it seems, does it matter at all in which order you arrange the cards in, or is it pure luck?

the battle system is really great, and the graphics are among the best on the ps2,
it looks very vivid and almost seems as if it had shaders at times.

So,since some of you have played both by now, in your opinions, which is better - Tales of Legendia or Grandia III?

Grandia III definately, Legendia is a good game too but not as good as this. The Battle System in this game is the best in any game ever.

Grandia III has far better narration in the story, and is overall a better game then Legendia. For me, it´s living up tp the expectations that I had when finishing Grandia II, 6 years ago.

If you have played the other Grandia games, you know what your´re in for ;D

played it a little (2h30min) since i have more time now (finished star ocean finally Very Happy ) and i must say i like it... dont care about narration as long as its not so naive and dumb and (every bad word u know put in here) as in Final Fantasy X-2. i couldnt stand that barbie style FFX-2 and since its not here the game will be fine Wink and G3 looks good, have great battle system and is fine by me Wink good game... i wanna more Very Happy

well the grandia characters really turn me off the game though, theyre such typical run on the mill rpg characters and i just hate that blonde lil bitch, i ve seen her in almost every rpg i played. i think this PA comic shows fairly well what i mean

I just started the game and its pretty good. It has all and I really mean all the rpg cliches in it. Except for one thing : This has to be the first game with a mother and son duo in the main lead. Very Happy
It is going to be a really busy month with all the rpgs. Tales of Legendia and this one are already out and Shadow Hearts 3, Kingdom Hearts 2 and Suikoden 5 are coming next month. So many titles, so little time. Razz

Warren Spector : I never minded piracy. Anyone who minds about piracy is full of shit. Anyone who pirates your game wasn’t going to buy it anyway!

Hideo Kojima: If you want to simply tell a story, you can create a film or write a novel.
