No he'll die at end of season 1. And Kate will be new Hawkeye introduced in avengers 5 - new recruits.

If they follow the recent Hawkeye series that starred Clint and Kate it should be pretty fun. They will need to cast a good actress for Kate Bishop though as the show basically rests on her shoulders.

Still waiting for Marvel to retcon Renner as Clint's older brother and we get a real Hawkeye with personality from Matt Fraction's run.
1 and 2 are still amazing. |

It is good to see they used some of the Matt Fraction storylines or at least his vibe of his run for the show.
