I guess I will just download and start it up before September 16 for the free Pre-Order DLC. I do wonder though how that will work if it gets tied to your MS account or by platform owned as I will eventually end up grabbing it on Steam when it hits a huge discount at some point.

Has anybody outside of a supported country gotten this to work?
I get a "We’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out." when trying to pay with Paypal (I assume it is checking my address).
I tried redeeming a US cash card in order to pay, but it then asks for a backup payment and I end up back at the 'We’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out.' error again. I also tried adding a CC but it forces me to use a US address.

wtf is it me or is the msgamestore absolute crap.
Slowdownload speeds + many downloads fail for no reason at all....
what good is a game store if you cant download the games you buy/rent/own

same for me, but only today. the 3gb forza horizon 4 update takes ages. normally it easily maxxes out my 100mbit connection.

Humble also currently has a pretty good Build your own Bandai Namco bundle sale going on. I ended up getting Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom - The Prince's Edition for $10 as part of the 5 games I grabbed for the max discount of 85%.
