Considering that BP1 was the #1 highest rated out of 23 MCU films and the #1 at the Box Office right after the 4 Avengers flicks, the only thing that wouldn't make sense would be not making a sequel to it.

Its sad because a character like this could have used alot more of really dark jungle scenes and not as much tech bling bling. Like a Batman in the jungle.

They didn't have faith in black panther and focused on actor budget rather than CGI budget. Seeing how it made monies, they'll focus on CGI budget next movie.
Coogler is good director. B Jordan was hella good as an actor. The guy who played black panther was better in civil war, in BP he was weak. Everybody else was decent.

Disney should put up money and remaster the cheap PS3 visuals of the first black Panther movie.

they're putting all their eggs in their Whamen basket.
I don't mind it, makes them work on creating interesting female characters and not just eye candy. ms marvel was decent. dr strange 2 was not. you can see the re-writes. wanadavision was decent.
she hulk will be the next test. if the character is likable, decent, doesn't matter if they make her op. if she's interesting like ms marvel was, then it'll be decent.
