Don´t know if it needs to be mounted though, i had it mounted and it worked fine with the demo exe. You don´t have to unplug any IDE devices or anything. |
But here's a catch i saw with other games trying to run the demo exe, the game will stop working after your past the level the exe was suppose to go...like if the demo stop after level 2 of the game, if you try to continmue to play and start level 3, the game will crash |

Funny, I played the game fine with the demo .exe, no problems, have not had time to get through a bunch of levels yet, what level did the original give you so I know when I have played something fromt he game itself.
And yeah, this one blew goats on the xbox, looks good on my PC at 1900x1200 maxed out at 50-60 fps, so will give it another go.

demo.exe is the rainbow six lockdown executable from the demo.
don't ask where/how to download stuff it's not good.

I would recomend "Gamershell" for a fast DLing the demo (getting it at 350kb/s, thats about 25 min for 520 MB) I deleted the demo after I got bored with it, silly me...or just whait as someone said until its up on one of the C..ck sites. And yes, it is about 6.12 gig or something when its installed. The image itself is 4,27 GB....not that it realy matters but WTH.

"fully functional " can be stated when you beat the game without problem....starting a game is easy but will it go through the whole game?? Think about that
