Consider me a bit surprised that calling someone African American gets more heat from a mod then implying that someone is a nazi and should add 1488 to his nickname.

Considering VGA posting history, and yours, I'd call you both nazi, or at least very racist bigots.

I actually brought up Golden Dawn with VGA some time ago but he didn't seem to want to be connected with those dimwits. Laughing

Haha their flag reminded me of this:

They found something that originated in ancient Greece that looked the most like a swastika

Syriza did a lot of damage to Greece. The current government is centre-right and will be around for a long time I feel.

And chill out about the killing and the bathing in blood stuff to try to pin to me. All these years I have accepted the democratically elected government even though I always knew they were disastrous.

What did they do exactly, considering their hands were entirely tied by the EU sanctions and the IMF plans ?
They campaigned on anti-austerity measures and effectively had to apply austerity measures at the polar opposite of what they promised. They weren't very resistant about it either - there was no point.

Just curious what your point is, maybe you're talking about their effect on the meta-politics of Greece before their election.

Not very resistant? Varoufakis (a crazy person, the absolute worst pick on the universe for a Finance minister) almost caused a Grexit, he was ready to go back to the drachma. The banks closed down for some time and heavy restrictions in withdrawals and transactions were placed. They also held a fucking joke referendum over whether to capitulate to the EU or not ... We hit rock fucking bottom.

Meanwhile, we were being swamped with illegal immigrants while an old decrepit lady was "handling" the issue. Guess what: the absolute worst person for the job, we basically became Europe's backdoor.

There is also the Macedonia issue, where our national interests got shit on, as usual. Permanently, this time. These are not even half of the story. Their leader held two elections within a few months, second one was a snap one that noone was prepared for and then took advantage of almost the whole 4 year term after the second one, even though they were very unpopular. They had a bad result in local+EU elections so they held general elections a few months early. Fuck it, they're gone for good, I hope.

They were also releasing violent criminals from prison en masse, many crimes were commited by mongoloid foreigners who were released weeks before, they also released members of the most famous terrorist organisation on leave from prison to get some leftist ass pats.

Universities became shitholes because of rampant crime and an asylum law that was in effect for decades, it's abolished by the new government already.

Thanks for the detailed answer, will look all of this up (only knew about Varoufakis & the referendum and the judicial system reform which indeed felt aimed at some far-left extremists tbh !), always curious ! Smile
