I got my 20% just fine. You just have to "manage my rewards" in the checkout, to adjust how much you want to (or not) give to charity.

Mine shows 20% on that screen with the slider maxed to 20% discount, 0% to charity but it only actually seems to be giving 10%, there is a Reddit post about it as well so it seems maybe due to your region rules they are forced to give the full discount. For me Prey was $7.19 after the discount so it only took of .79 cents from the $7.99 price. Below is the image shown at checkout.
