Try mailing Microsoft and tell them your problem and take a picture of the disc and show them. If they don't replace it because of their Xbox scratching games then they are a bunch of tits. Try atleast

 Cheap?! Dude these games are not cheap! I dunno where you reside but here in the UK they cost £45 and £50. That is not cheap.

					| Why not try those disk cleaners? This is why I *only* buy warez I really like/use a lot - companies treat you like a potential criminal if you try to get a replacement disk. At £50 a pop that hurts !

					| From my experience, MS replaces faulty goods all the time. I've had a few mice replaced. They even replaced the lead that runs from the pedals to the wheel which I lost and they replaced it for free. |  |
