I think they have to take the EPIC Insta Cash Inject. When was the last time they made a game that was at least decent and respectable? This doesn't seem like it will break the trend either. They didn't have a publisher until now, so they would have been funding this on their own, and given how their last few games went, I doubt they made much out of any of them.
But first, they got to fire the person who made the trailer, made the game looks even worse than it probably already is. Then they need to invest some time into proper physics so the combat doesn't look so early 2000s. Also, have a look at The Forest, that indie game made in Unity have better tree cutting than this nonsense.
This is a terrible trailer and whoever made it should be fired ASAP. $10 indie games have better trailers than this.
TWIN PEAKS is "something of a miracle."
"...like nothing else on television."
"a phenomenon."
"A tangled tale of sex, violence, power, junk food..."
"Like Nothing On Earth"
They should have hired whoever made THOSE trailers, though

Whoa thats not what i expected after playing alpha :-O
It actually has story campaign with quest and shit now :-O
I guess I wasnt the only one angry in the suveys about shitty questing and they actually listened to feedback
Judging from the disjointed roboanimations, wonky hit detection and UI that looks like a placeholder made with Paint, the game has permanent [Early Access] written all over it. I hope it plays better than it looks, but still, #notmyrune
^ Never seen a developer so keen in trying to NOT sell it's game.
Why would they try? The moment epic money showed up the project is already a decent profit before release. Epic is basically shooting themselves in the foot by giving devs too much money to give a shit anymore.
Which god will you choose to champion in Midgard to race against time and stop Loki? Will you choose to align with the mighty Thor and call forth the power of his lightning hammer? Or will you pledge your allegiance to the dark Hel to cast a wave of ice spikes to impale your foes? Perhaps summoning a swarm of ravens blessed by Odin to attack and antagonize enemies on the battlefield suits you best? Watch the trailer and decide which deity you will choose when RUNE II releases on November 12, 2019.
