Then i probably have to mess with VPN's, change locations and such.. depending on the hassle it might not be worth it for me, i just want the game a little cheaper but it should be hassel free and also not risking to get banned or whatever.

Which is why I don't bother with all that crap. I got several thousand of games on Steam and don't want to risk having my account flagged or locked to save a few € when I can just buy a CD key for about the same amount with no hassle.

I enabled VPN, switched to Russia country, changed the address. After that, I never needed to enable VPN again. Prices are shown in rubles. When I buy something, I just choose my Mastercard and that's it.

I did, once, but now you can buy all those games all year long on well established cdkey sites for the sales price.

So why limit yourself to only now?

Plus sales usually means "buying a lot of crap that I'll never play anyway"

Any VPN that has Argentina/India (SoftEther VPN Client Manager for example)
Connect to one of the countries
Start Steam client on desktop -> top right -> account details -> Update store country -> dropdown box -> select the new country visible. If it's not visible, then check VPN connection
Fill the details -> random details are fine
Confirm
Done

You don't need a VPN to buy or use anymore. You will be permanently moved till you decide to change back. All remaining wallet funds will be converted to the selected country's currency.

Looking over my Wishlist, most of the sale prices seem to be about the same as every other Steam sale and a few games I am interested in like Nier Automata are not even on sale this time around. Not having the cards kind of sucks as that used to net me a cheap game or DLC off my wishlist so that will be missed.
