So 2 370s every 2 weeks? Spamming rares for 340+? Pvping for 360+? World boss for 355+
Feels like m+ and normal even some hc raiding are pointless too soon . M0 totally pointless too after 3 weeks for any new char. Hating cause there’s so much free gear everywhere for crappy players, which kinda fucks up the pug scene even more with overinflated ilvl on people that shouldnt have it.

Barely played since wotlk or so, mostly just popping in clearing hc with pugs, some pvp then byebye.
But its even worse than it was in legion. Been ‘angry’ since wotlk... its getting worse every xp.

More like it devalues the harder activities ingame if you can get same gear by doing easier stuff, so makes those activities pointless = not worth playing the game so unsub til next xp (in case anything changes)
Also the ilvl inflation on people that shouldnt have that gear joining pugs and shitting up the lfg m+s/raids.

It's always funny to me that, everytime this discussion about the state of WoW is held, anywhere, the main argument is always WKSJ (wife, kids, steady job).
And yet I'm always wondering where all these WKSJ people I played Vanilla and BC with came from...
Imho, it's just Blizzard being an enabler, to cash in more. Back then you either had to deal with it (the time investment) or it just wasn't for you and you didn't/couldn't.
Nowadays, sooo many people feel like they are entitled to be able to play/enjoy/succeed in any game that comes out. Just because they bought it. Winning should be included in the box... basicly.
Nevermind... this will not lead to anything anyway except people being angry.

What pisses me off about this expansion the most is actually how Blizz managed to train 90% of their beloved whales into absolutely disgusting twats...
They advertised OpenWorld PvP alot with this and at the same time introduced Warmode on every server... no one is forced to do PvP anymore if they don't want to. Even on former PvP servers... which everyone knew (or should've known) has PvP always on in neutral zones.
That's already a fucking joke. And they know it. Hence why I assumed they "tried" make having Warmode enabled being a sweeter deal with some bonuses...
And guess what... people just have that shit enabled just to gain the bonuses and both factions are just often enough happily questing/killing/farming away next to each other... you literally have to force people into it most of the time...
This shit makes my blood boil...
And sorry, I don't exclusively blame Blizz for that behaviour. The people are shitheads just as much...

Feeling better than others in an MMO is indeed bad. Being better is not. It's usually not the better ones that go around bitching about what others are getting.
You're still not getting the greatest gear in Warfronts. I do agree its too fast to introduce a catch up mechanic a few weeks into the expansion. But the better players, they are past that ilvl and when they pug... they'll just ask higher ilvl's.
I find it a better design to have options. Why not have all the story and content available to everyone? SP games handle this with difficulty settings. WoW does it with its (too many) different modes. If you want challenge: you'll be in front of the pack.
It's the group that is just below the better players that is always bitching about the others getting gear and coming closer. Being rather vile while not really great at the game.

What you speak of is still there (watered down compared to ye old days) and no there is nothing wrong with that.
I was talking about Russ.
Russ seems one of those players that isn't actually better and whines on everyone else closing in on him. So he wants people pushed down instead of just being better at the game.

I personally, well I wouldn't say I made my peace with it literally... but I kinda (reluctantly) accepted that WoW isn't ticking my MMORPG boxes anymore.
I come back to it every addon though and just play it as an RPG and not an MMORPG anymore. Meaning just questing, lore and stuff.
At least there is Classic on the way. Even though, to be honest... just because I prefer how the game was in Vanilla/BC, doesn't mean I want to be stuck in a timeloop with the same content forever. I didn't love that time so much because of the content exclusively... I loved it because every server was basicly it's own little universe, where you had a reputation as a character/player on the realm. On both factions... stuff like that.
And I don't see them change the main game. Unless ofc Classic turns out to be massively more succesful than the main game, especially if that success can be kept up over a longer period of time. I could see them actually adjust Live then.
But the chance of that happening is almost 0. I just know that 90% of the overhyped people will be gone most likely in the first week of Classic being released.
If that's the case, I hope the "you think you do, but you don't" guy get's his revenge and can proudly say "see, told you so!".

Nope, i know im pretty good considering i was top dps in a eu50 guild until cata, only thing is since then i just cba with raiding in a guild since i dont have the time for fixed raids anymore so i just pug ( hc and some mythic when its an option ). No point pugging now though.
I may seem like but im not ‘one of those players’.
Only bad people whine about better players having better gear. Not like i cry about mythic raid gear if i cant invest the time anymore in it.

thats not a challange, thats no life zombie bullshit. Pretty much wwhat this whole game has become since its inception. Play how blizzard wants u to play, and dont critize them or their fatboys eat u alive on the forums.
Well now u have the end results of all that fanboysism, a dead outdoor world after just three weeks where everyone just spams warfronts and afks them. RIP

what is left rofl ... leveling and rep grind for some allied races nobody gives a shit about. The allied races dont even have any quests or stories. They gave fucking every class a story in legion for order hall, but for a whole race . nope fuck that, we have to put all our dev team efforts on useles shit.
This expansion was a disgracefull payed beta since the launch of prepatch and will be for the next 4+ months  island and warfronts concepts are like something a three year old can make in a flash game.
Also how anyone considers running the same dungeons with different modifiers (mythic+) ' content' is beyond me, its fucking lazy and pispoor n booring as fuck. i ratherafk farm the 340+ warfront slot machine and pray for titanforge hahaha
nah kidding, im getting the transmog and then i let my gold sub run out. thank fuck i only had one month. What a clusterfuck this has been
Classic i have no real hope for, i think they will use a phasing system to simulate it on top of the newest version. Cause their game netcode can not handle 200+ players in same zone. never has, never will. and classic content boiled down to just pispoor rep farm , one mob giving like 4 rep lol

Also people their tokens are running out from the free gold from legion. combined with recent brand being tainted and the dugust people have with anything blizzard right now . Its carnage time.
also 8.1 fixing nothing and adds very very little for non raiders, and people stop raiding cause their guilds all quit so yeh ... they fucked up bigtime not having single player content ready and thinking people will still accept timegated nonsense
check the downvotes on the survival guide and its comments, unseen downvote ratio in the companies warcraft history.
