I will launch my site online in about some 3 or 4 weeks, and I would like to know the fastest ways for people/companys to advertise on my site, I'm aware that the most important thing for ads is the number of visitors, but we all know that even sites with few visitors are suported by ads, basicly I would like to know if I can register somewhere or if there is some way to let people know that my site is open for ads.
also I have another 2 little questions, when someone puts an ad on your site, do you have to send some document to the buyer? And what about the trustfull ways to get payed? Pay Pal? Wired Transfer or something else?

As for selling ads you are absolutely correct. You need to be able to get visitors to the site before you can start selling ads. The number of clicks you generate daily is even going to directly effect the amount you can charge for the ads.
That said, its all about search engine optimization. There are plenty of tutorials on the web, as well as tools to help you do this. Goggle is awesome, I suggest you use it.
To answer your question on documentation; YES, you will need to have a contract to sign for your customers. Both to protect you, and your business legally, as well as to ensure payment for your services. It will also need to specify the amount of time your customers add will be posted for the amount paid. Your contracts can also be found on goggle. Just make sure after downloading and editing a contract to use for your business you have someone with some legal experience look over it before actually using it. Preferably a lawyer. And yes, that’s right to legally take money form anyone for an ad on your site you will need to obtain a business license, and an EIN number from the IRS.
As for taking payment from you customers you can use any of the methods you brought up earlier. However, I would recommend getting a merchant account. this will allow you to process credit cards. Fast, and easy.
Hope this helps.

https://www.google.com/adsense/ - is also pretty handy for getting money in before you have any advert customers.
Make sure your META data is up to scratch, this will help a great deal with search engines.

You will need to do your own market research regardless of what anyonetells you. I would start by contacting sites allready selling ads, and get a good feel for the market. Sites similar to the one you plan to launch might be a good start. Then I would price youself reasonably in compairison to your findings. Marketing 101 my man.
