itan Quest: Atlantis is the third expansion for Titan Quest and OUT NOW for PC (requires the base game Titan Quest Anniversary Edition)
The Hero meets an explorer that is searching for the mythical kingdom of Atlantis, and together they set out on a journey across the western Mediterranean. The key lies in the legendary Diary of Herakles, rumored to be in the Phoenician City of Gadir, but their journey will take them beyond the edges of the known world...
Play a classic Titan Quest adventure in single player or with up to 6 players in co-op. Survive the Tartarus, an endless, wave-based challenge mode. Unlock new skills, spend all your excess in-game money on random loot and enjoy graphic and QOL improvements!
And yet... I love them for it! I need to get this and the other expansion at some point. The genre evolved since Titan Quest released but I still find it one of the most fun.

I would love them if their version of game was stable and bug free first.

Okay so let's talk about the controller support for a few moments, shall we?
Adding full support for the controller is a massive project and one we are still very much planning on doing as soon as there is the time for it.
Right now post-release stuff for Atlantis have to be sorted first and then we are taking a good look at the console version as they still haven´t gotten the Ragnarok DLC nor the Atlantis DLC, due to multiple reasons.
Adding full controller support is as said a massive project and one that is in the plans, but right now there is no timeline or an ETA on when that project will be done.
Pieces have been very pro-active with the release of Atlantis and spent over 2 months in beta with community members to make sure even older bugs from AE was solved and taken care of, yet we cannot account for all bugs there is after a release due to the fact there is so many different combinations of hardware/software that can interfere and give a different outcome than what we have seen ourselves.
So long story short, it is in plans but no timeline yet and as soon as we have one it will be brought up on the dev blog site which you can find here - https://titanquestgame.com/ - below news.
Will try if it ever gets controller support.. there's no way i'm going back to clickety-clickey-click in these games, its fucking awful. Massive upgrade for me in e.g Grim Dawn.
is this game better than grim dawn? Does it have the same shitty autoscaling mechanic?
What? It has level ranges, it only scales to some lvl in particular acts so you would still get xp and faction ratings.

The gamepad support implementation has passed internal QA, and we are glad to announce that the next step is to get your feedback on how it works. We will do this in the form of a public beta that will start shortly.
still no controller support.. these fucking devs are ridiculous
Careful @vurt your about to be called a fucking asshole for asking why game doesn't have a common feature that players want in 2020. According to other posters here, the Developers are always right, move along and think it over before being critical or asking for such features again.
who the fuck plays with outdated clickety click, no direct control over the character, if fucking sucks and its annoying as hell to click like some retard every other second. it was ok at the time of Diablo 1 because we were a bit used to it from old adventure games. it's outdated and just a plain awful for immersion. i tried gamepad once for Grim Dawn and after that i never wanted to go back, it was like playing a new (way improved) game.

This is an old game though (released 2006) ?
yeah, they're still working on the gamepad controls and other stuff though, i read a little on Steam.. i don't understand why they struggle so much with gamepad support, it's clearly there for console versions.

Exactly, also tried first time with ps4 controller on Grim dawn and when i see new games in that genre if they do not have controller support, i'm not playing. I am more relaxed with controller. Wolcen for example did get huge patch recently and community begs them for controller support and nothing.

You dont need to click, you can hold the mouse button and have the absolute best granular movement possible. Controllers are a downgrade in every way. You need to nerf the gamedesign in every aspect to accomodate them.

controllers are far, far superior for any third person game, including isometric games, it's only people who sucks at using controllers who would even argue like that. you don't need to "nerf" anything. I've played Grim Dawn for so long with both that i know what kind of upgrade a controller is in comparison, both for immersion and for ergonomics.
You're right you can hold the button down (like a retard, just awful way of controlling movement imo, not comfortable at all) and you do get the precise movements of a mouse. but they're absolutely not needed for a game like this, again, it's only people who are really bad at controllers who would argue like that. you can do super fine movements with a controller if you need it, and sure it does takes practice.
It never even occurred to me to attempt and play an aRPG with a gamepad. Why would anyone do that to themselves? There's absolutely no way movement and targeting is anywhere near as precise as with a mouse and keyboard. Just like everything else with that medium - some sort of autoaim/snap targeting would likely be implemented to make it playable.
Different strokes for different folks I guess, but damn.
I can never be free, because the shackles I wear can't be touched or be seen.

you don't need to any kind of auto aim or anything of the sort to have very pefect aim, again, it just shows that many people here must absolutely suck at using a controller and most likeley have not tried it or not tried it long enough.. why anyone would keep playing these games with horrific mouse/keyb control is unfathomable, just proves you're sticking to what you know and have no interest in using something much improved. your loss...
