Episode 7: Poor Connerty. Felt so bad. It looks like all the good ones are losing.
Kind of felt like season finale but underwhelmed at the same time. 3 seasons developing and it was all over so quickly.
I hope he has some sort of victory at the end.

Episode 8: a fresh start. Amazing episode.
Both ep8 and ep9 were like a fresh start. They finally brought most plotlines that went back to Season 1 to an end. Despite the brilliant writing it started to get a little bit stale.
Just in time now they moved all the pieces on the board and set up a lot of interesting new plotlines. Haven't watched the most recent ep10 yet but I'm really looking forward to it.
Great finale. It's cool how the show shifted focus and tied off the arc that was pretty much it's entire initial premise - but remained interesting and fun to watch despite that. Really looking forward to next season.
The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.
Took me a while (chores be damned), what a brilliant way to develop the season. The writers had a challenging task but they absolutely crushed it, it's pretty much the desired scenario to keep things fresh and give a new perspective born from the unexpected mid-season plot twist. The show is being consistently solid all around, Showtime don't you dare ruin this or you'll find yourself as naked as Paris Hilton and twice as fucked
The protagonists did a mighty fine job as per usual, as well as Malkovicolov, The General, Ben Kim, Spyros etc. (all of them really ), stereotypical figures and yet believable, with results that are never banal. The next season is very promising indeed on paper, Theylor's playing with fire, and we know that no one will ever have it easy in the Game of Chairs. A job for the Axevengers!
Finally bingewatched all three seasons. Even though that the set-up for season 4 is okayish the s03 finale itself was pure poop.
Spoiler:
What a dumb way to get Chuck fired. That's not an outplay by the AG that's just dumb luck. And Axe Wendy and Chuck sitting together in the end is also completely out of character.
And in general the s03 writing has been hit-or-miss.

Finished binging S03.
Well, the problems the series has remain (some of the edgelord badass/smrt one liners and "oh look a celebrity from the NY scene!!11"), the "progressive" stuff with taylor doesn't really stand out that much.
The three main three actors continue delivering the goods, and malkovich was terrific and terrifying
Now to wait for that cracl-er, I mean, that season four wraps up so it can be binged

Seems like the same as the previous seasons, although IMO malkovich elevated it a bit more than the usual gimicky technology or activity BS/awfully acted rich dickhead cameo/not-as-smart-as -it-thinks-it-is writing. His character was pretty scary
Another one to binge in a few months

because the pandemic caught with them on second half of season 5 and never finished filming. so we get the other half now and new season in early next year
Good start. Writing is improved compared to the first half. Still don't like Taylor and Rian..but otherwise enjoyed both the episodes.
