Roquefort is the most excellent. It's like Feta cheese with mould, extremely tasty.
Next I'd go for Camenbert, I like it most when fried and served with Cranberries.

St. Agur. The best cheese in the world. Expensive tho. Uses the same Penicillum Roqueforti as the cheese in the name but creamier and use use cows milk instead of goat.

I like most of them but never aquired a real taste in cheese.
"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) "Have the courage to use your own understanding," is therefore the motto of the enlightenment."

I chose Roquefort though I prefer Gorgonzola(yeah I know it's Italian) on my steak.

What's wrong with Italian???
Seems a bit random, bigot.
EDIT: I like Pizza (yeah, I know it's italian) ... wat? | Roquefort is the best of the available options but it doesn't fit a steak very well. Also 1 + 1 = 2, just in case that wasn't clear either
