Bought it from apu few days back. Optimization is pretty bad considering it's basically the 2016 hitman with minor upgrades. No dx12? Castle runs like poop. It's also quite buggy, especially the audio.

Otherwise I'm enjoying it. I don't think the levels are as good as paris was but they are all consistently good so far (got 2 to go), unlike s1 where some just sucked.

I think the levels are much better then S1

Paris was good, Hokkaido was great, but the rest were very average.

The new maps feel more like blood money.

I also think the level design is better in this one. Hitman 2 makes better use of the maps and it's not only because the number of targets, but their movement patterns as well. In Season 1 half of the map was useless, they really did a good job at addressing this problem.

H2 is the best game in the franchise since Blood Money. Legacy Pack is great too as it offers enough new mechanics and npc patterns of the H1 levels to feel fresh.

Between BF5 and H2, I've decided to get H2 and I love it. Its not super awesome, but its pretty great. And importing H1 into H2 was a nice touch from developers and it really enriches the game with content, since on its own, with only 6 levels its quite short. But having the whole season one and two in one game feels great.

It's not a lengthy game. But unless you rush for the most unimaginative assassinations, you can get around 13-15 hours of quality gameplay by doing each mission once. The replay value is great.

Patient Zero are missions on their own, but unfortunately on already existing maps. So same maps, different targets. Personally I would suggest you to finish all the levels from H1 and then start with Zero. After that just move on to H2 or replay H1. Its purely up to you. Smile

Yep, about 15 hours if you play through it once and not rush seems about right. Not too bad I think. I've already done one level again (the second one), it's just fun to discover multiple ways to kill a target. There's a ton of ways and possibilities, and the immersion is great. I'm currently in the India map. Columbia? map was great. India one is good but loved the atmosphere of Columbia? a little more.

Should be possible I think, just remove the dlc.rpkg files you don't need. I think it's DLC 1 to 6, as I *think* DLC 0 is the trial map, which the game might need.

Or if you own it, just until the DLC in steam.

Well I guess if you can remove the classic maps and the prologue DLC files then it's fine, should be ~40 gigs then I think. I got like 100 gigs free. And I have an external USB 3.0 HDD, no internals. It's hooked to 3.1 USB though, so it's pretty fast.

The game loads <5s here on HDD (reload from save < 2s) so I don't think load times are an issue anyway.
