This started as a porn/adult game, still has stuff like that but its optional. But more important, on the medicine side, its really really good.

Early access is next year but now has a lot of content already, probably more than 10 hours. of playtime.



But now that its on steam, probably will be bigger in every aspect.

THIS managed to get on Steam? It's as amateur as amateur porn games on Ren'Py come. Crappy translation and all.

On the one hand I'm wowed that Valve is actually allowing it, but me thinks that the hardcore porn renders are going to get toned down greatly or somehow axed. Still can't believe it. Very Happy

Also, don't get your hopes up on this ever being completed. Of the dozens upon dozens of Patreon porn games I've played over the past several years, only 3 have actually been properly finished. The rest are either abandoned, completely scrapped, or languish in tiny drip updates for years. That's what happens when one man developers earn a monthly income on "patrons" (ranging anywhere from several thousands, to tens of thousands of dollars a month) - they milk the cow for as long as possible - no reason to actually complete the project. It's like Early Access, but worse in every regard.

It's a Ren'Py game, which is kind of like a visual novel engine. You select "choices" and see outcomes. 3D renders that you click to advance the picture to the next one. Some of them shoe-horn animations in there, but most games that want that opt for Unity.

Basically, games on this engine solely exist for fap purposes. There's no deep game-play mechanics here - the engine doesn't allow for it. The most complex it gets is keeping track of which choices effect which variable. If NPC A points > 10, Bang. Else, fail! Very Happy

Like i said, on the medicine stuff is really good, medical controls and all that stuff is really realistic and you can even learn; the adult part is optional. Among the ton of shit that gets released on steam these days, this has proper content at least. Last version i played was 0.14 i think and has more than 10h of content.
I dont know about milking on patreon but unlike other devs that make over 10k a month and release 2x15 minutes updates per year, this has enough and good content.

Playing a porn game to learn medicine is akin to riding a bike to learn how to build a house. I don't really care if the dev had a crisis of conscience midway through development, or didn't know what the hell he was doing with it, or whatever the case may be. It's a porn game developed in Ren'Py all over porn forums. That's why I find this whole thing so hilarious! Laughing

The medicine stuff far exceeds the adult content; im glad they made it to steam, besides that surgeon simulator, dont know other good game from where you can learn medical stuff.
Plus maybe that they are on steam now, they would ditch the incest and adult stuff, i think there's an option when you start already, to play only medical controls.

You learn many things about diseases, medical conditions and so on while doing the medical examinations in the clinic. Plus it has a codex/wiki ingame with lots of medical info. Shit gets serious as you advance into the game and buy more complex stuff for the clinic, you get hammered with medical terms and so on. I repeat, if you want to learn something useful about medical stuff, its a must play, if not, you can go fap to better things if thats the reason you want to try this. Laughing

At the menu there is a story mode and an examination mode; story has all the stuff including porn and all that shit; examination mode is only examining patients, so try this if youre interested in the medical stuff.
