It still is. You cant release a game as multiplatform and say its designed for mouse and keyboard. If it were so, you couldnt play it on consoles. Since its designed for m/kb

If you want early access to the beta, link your Battle.net and Twitch accounts, and watch either Shroud, Ninja, Scummit1G or TimTheTatman for one hour, between 10:00am PT and 2:00pm PT, and early access will be added to your account.
Of course you don't actually have to endure watching either of those. Just tune in, mute the stream and do other things for one hour and you'll have access.

There are also keys on Kinguin and similar sites for few cents. If you ever bought something from this Kinguin you get those coins of theirs so you can use them to get a beta key.

Doesn't matter that it unlocked - you won't be able to play till the 15th without a pre-order/key.
