No reason to pre-hurrdurr though, it's not like the price will increase until/after it's released so...

When you buy from India though you can play only via vpn right?

So I used tunnelbear vpn to get a quote for the price and it really is below 15€. But when I proceed to login to my account it changes the price. I assume this has to do with the fact that my country stated is not India. If I change this will I be in trouble? I mean do I have to change to India to get the game and can I switch back to my own after or will it raise too many red flags?

So since it is dangerous, at least from what I'm reading in various forums etc, to play with regions and that steam has auto-check software that detects any misinformation i.e. if your address is in US and you buy through VPN with the same account in India you get flagged and bye bye account.
Has anyone tried to create a fake account through VPN with fake Indian (or other) address, use paypal and then gift the game to your original account and get away with it? Trying to the most "secure" solution with minimal risk of loosing your account. Because besides Metro (which I want to pre-order like crazy but am afraid) I found other upcoming games as well on very low prices especially from Turkish store.

i doubt they could do much to prove anything, i mean how would they know you didn't went to india for a while.. i have a friend who occasionally lives in his house in Brazil.. not everyone is stationary.

In the beginning I had to use skrill, but ended up pulling the plug on that a few months back because they started asking some personal info or whatever.
Thought the party was over but it turns out that using a card from the virtual credit card service my bank has works with the steam wallet without any issues 
Maybe try with an entropay card?
