Vahn confirms Blackout mode is in first person, re-affirms mode is available at launch

Vahn re-affirmed in his interview that the Blackout mode is available in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 at launch on October 12. During the keynote reveal, Vahn stated that the map is 1500 times bigger than Nuketown. In this interview with PlayStation blog, he says that that estimate is on the conservative side, claiming it will end up being bigger than what they’re hinting at so far.
“1500 times bigger than Nuketown. And I think that’s probably being conservative really. We did some map math and you know it’s a big world. Biggest we’ve ever created for sure. And you navigate it with land, sea, and air vehicles – both new and inspired by the games that came before it.” |

ofc iv is the "more" correct way of writing the number 4, but iiii is still valid too

What is the appeal of zombies mode? I recently started playing Black Ops 3 and gave the zombie mode a try. It was never like they show it on trailer majority of the times. Like 1 in 50 matches. Otherwise, it is so boring and stale with zero intensity. The base game also had only 1 zombie map which got boring really fast and the arcade was trash.
Terrible mode.
The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.

Same tiny maps with 3arch's three-lane design, uninspired weapon and character designs, boring gunplay, and stupid passive killstreaks to pad your K/D.
It's going to sell really well.

I'm obviously in the minority here, but this is the first CoD I've enjoyed in years. If Blackout is any good, I might actually consider picking it up. The guns handle well and the health system is much better than the regeneration system of old. The move to dedicated servers was obviously much needed.
