Anyone bought Premium from a cheap location like Mexico or Phillipines yet?
In the latter for example it's only 2€ / month.

Strangely couldn't really find any info about it yet, where others bought from those regions with like a VPN.

Though the downside seems to be, that the available playlists / radio stations can be different in those countries?

Nope, the waifu got us a family account when we got a Sonos. Never really looked into it before.

Though, don't you have Amazon for free with your prime? Dunno how great it is but music offerings seem to be mostly the same. Then again heard the discover music is better on Spotify.

Yea, part of Prime is "Prime Music". But it only has 2 million songs available. For the Spotifiy equivilant you have to get "Music Unlimited"

I wanted to do a test and see if i could find all songs in typed in. Though for some reason i still have a sub for Music Unlimited till middle of May.

Well, i tried purchasing from some cheap countries with my CC. But sadly the clever boys at Spotify check the origin of the card and refuse the payment. Sad

@scaramonga
Sadly i know nobody that is already doing the family sharing. Or would be really interested if i asked them.

Found a free Family slot.
Paid 36€ for one year.

Not the cheapest for that, but still more legit and safe than those 10-15€ 1 year accounts on Ebay.

I remember when I first got my Sonos system and thinking I could play Spotify free on it once it was up and running. More fool me. You can only use their premium service on a Sonos system. At the time I was seeing someone with a Sonos Premium account so I "borrowed" their account and attached it to my Sonos account. It's still there and works fine Wink

I was pondering over the idea to invest in a new music service for my Sonos system but paying top dollar for one is not an option. So, what's the best music service these days and do proxies work making them cheaper to buy ?
