First planned for November 2017, then delayed to 2018, the long-troubled open-world action game Crackdown 3 will now be out in 2019, according to two people familiar with the game’s release plans.
The third Crackdown game, developed by the British studio Sumo Digital among other companies, was first announced at E3 in 2014. Last year, Microsoft said Crackdown 3 would come out alongside the Xbox One X on November 7, 2017.

Dat alpha demo video, Jesus this was impressive back in the days, still looks amazing destruction wise. Physics based destruction should be normal shit these days...
I'm just gonna take a very wild guess and say this game will just bomb right away.
Wont crack down is a phenomenal franchise.
Decent open world with tight controls.
If they fuck it up, yes.
But it should sell well when it comes out.

The delay might have caused some damage, along with the awful pr around lunch for xbox one... a lot of people jumped to ps4.
I probably would have sold my Xbox One if I wasn't too lazy and when it comes to selling games and consoles don't like messing with people in person or on Ebay due to past experiences.
Everyone acts like Phil Spencer is such a great head of Xbox but since he's been in charge they've turned to shit IMO. Xbox 360 was a great console, first Xbox was not as good as 360 but had some good exclusives. Xbox One started about like the first Xbox but now it's become a Forza machine. I don't hate racing games I've bought a few Forzas but enough is enough I don't need a new one every year regardless if it alternates between the main series and Horizon. Then it's just the same predictable Gears and Halo. They only thing that gives me some hope is that they're buying out devs but the next Xbox better be a whole lot improved on the exclusives or I'm not going to buy it.
