it looks like ass most likely you used way too much marinade. for about ~2kg beef 3-4 spoons are enough. just mix it with your hands and put it in the fridge for 2 hours, shouldnt be floating in the marinade-> that would be bad cause too much fluid at all -> you suck the fluid out of it so if its too fluid inside the beef it takes much longer and might result in those black things cause it has to be long in the dehydrator (is that the correct word for "dörrautomat"?). 10 hrs is most likely enough (depends on your dörrautomat)
mh maybe u used too much of that yes, dunno. its a taste it before you waste it game till you find the best recipe it does really look like shit, but if it tastes good -> why not?
you should try some usual 5euros beef marinade, they work good for that stuff and you dont have think about it too much
Its very good already ate 1/3 of it damn I have to be careful not to batten myself

Yeah I failed that waiting period. Made them yesterday and those 8 on the photo are all that's left (of ~24 originally). I gave a couple away and ate the rest.
When I was a kid and my mom made them she made twice the amount so they lasted almost a week.
Been eating it a lot lately (firm tofu), actually quite versitile and absorbs flavour. You can scramble it like eggs and add sauce, terikayi/soy/your own and cook it down. Cube it and lightly fry again cook it down in a sauce. U can also light batter and fry to make agadashi tofu, essentially dry beforehand, batter in starch flour and fry in half inch of oil, the sauce is easy to find and make.
